XI Running Very Slow

Hi ,

Suddenly the response time of XI has reduced drastically.

1. The logon to SAP - GUI takes several minutes

2. Each transaction on SAP- GUI consumes a lot of time.

3. Link to IR , ID , SLD and RWB don't even appear on the XI launcher screen.

And all this is occurring although there is no load of data.

Sizing of the XI instance is

4 CPU , 4 GB RAM , 70 GB HDD which is handling just a couple of interfaces

Can anyone send me the directions to figure out the reason and resolution.
