T:1596 Error RFCIO_ERROR_SYSERROR in abrfcio.c : 2344

Hi,

I am implemention SSO with BW system,i getting the following error in dev_rfc.trc "T:1596 Error RFCIO_ERROR_SYSERROR in abrfcio.c : 2344"

and when i try to test this SSO functionality after importing the certificate in to BW system it is showing the error"Ticket validation failed " in the trace file and in showing the error as "sysem is unable to interpret the SSO ticket received"

plz can any one help in this and i have a very short period to trace it out.
