I'm very sorry I Copied the header from an earlier discussion. I was not aware that this number was attached to an OSS note.

I'm just looking for an example of a template. I'm working by ExxonMobil and for some reason I can't find anywhere a template

Such a big company has certainly a few experienced people who can access OSS notes and can then scroll down to a section called Attachments to click the file name ML87_sample.out

I am a bit confused now, you had the OSS note number mentioned in your subject to this discussion and now you are saying "Sorry where can I find the OSS note?"

From where did you get this number and what IT department do you have that they are not able to access the OSS note? Please ask them again or do this address at your supervisor. We do not send OSS notes, they are protected for a certain reason and we do not have the copyright to distribute them.

The example was attached to the OSS note. Your IT team should be able to work with that. Maybe there is some miscommunication and they want you to give them specific example data (purchase order from your system) to fill this template.

I want a template for a third Party based on an contract. I want to start from a basis and I can not find anywhere some documentation to create a template. My IT team wants to help but ask me for a example template

How should that be possible? A template that works for me cannot work for you as it has the numbers from my system.

The template is just an example and you have to prepare your own template based on that example.

You should be more specific and explain what is wrong with that template, what issues you have and what errors you get.

If it really does not work as expected then you have to open an incident with SAP Support to get this OSS note 2116176 corrected
