Rename the Structure?

HI folks,

In a requirement, i had to create a structure through 'Append Structure' into another standard SAP structure 'ROIJTIC_IO'. This never asked for a key. Now, i want to rename the appended structure, but it is asking for a key. Is there any way i could rename it without using any key?

The structure name is ZAROIJTIC_IO, and i want to use this structure as an "Append Structure" in another database table. When i try to do this, it shows an error "The selected name ZAROIJTIC_IO has already been assigned". so, my question is, can i reuse the structure in another structure or DB table for Appending Purpose?

    Hi,

    To modify/rename the SAP objects you need the key which can be generated in service.sap.com.

    hi Sai,

    U can Use , nothing will happen.

    but if u want to delete u need access key.

    HI Vijay,

    Yes you can append the same structure to anywhere else. The reason it did not allow you to rename is for the same reason. Because, if you change the name of the structure now, the places where you have used this structure ,should all be changed, which is not plausible.
