Print and email with different forms

Hi, right now we use preprinted dot matrix, continuous NCR forms. We want to print sales orders on dot matrix, but when we email customers copies of their order, we want to use a different form. How can we set this up? It's too much of a hassle to keep changing the default printer, and sometimes we forget. Thanks
