Hello experts,
I am almost there with a quite interesting way of charging for change projects:
- I have used SAP Solution Manager Time Recording on Request for Changes and Change Documents, in order to track actual working time
- With an integration of SAP cProjects in SAP Solution Manager it is now possible to show a project overview based on cProjects-data in SAP Solution Manager, combined with the aggregated work time out of SAP Solution Manager

- Via the program DPR_CATS_CPR_TRANSF the working time is being transfered to cProjects and shown in the "Dates and Work" tab under "Confirmed work"

- Accounting integration in cProjects is activated and working, also the automatic creation of an internal order
The problem is, that the project is calculated based on planned effort, not on the actual time spend (Confirmed work) - so the project would be charged via an internal order based on planned costs, not actual costs. I am sure there must be any possibility now to create an internal order, based on confirmed work, isn't there? Can nyone of you help me out here? Please consider that I am neither an cProjects nor an FI/CO specialist. Thanks a lot!
