Permission Denied

Dear Experts,

2 of my clients are getting strange issue i have configured the Integration successfully (SLD successfully). But having a issue I cannot login to mobile app other than only one user.

E.g. I have created the user with the name admin/sap its a super user and i have manager as well both are professional user. But on mobile only admin / sap can login and its giving me the error on manager id

1 is using 9.0-09. 2nd is using 9.0-05
