In SolMan WEB UI when times out and we click on the ‘Create New Session’ it changes the skin of WEB UI. How to set the skin of WEB UI for new session

In order to change the default skin in Web UI you create a technical profile which you then assign to the business role. See the application help for details.

Created Tech profile and assigned to business role still issue is coming.

after it times out, a popup box appears saying you have been logged out and you can log back in (provides link). However, afterclicking on this link, the theme of CRM Web Client looks completely different

Hi Vikram,

i had the same problem like Zainul and i can confirm, that note 1772305 solves this issue.
