Long term planning not considering allocated quantity from Quota arrangement

Hello,

Need your advice on LTP and allocated quantity in quota arrangement

Setup

1. I have set up a quota arrangement for a material for period 18-Jan-2017 to 31-Dec-2017 for a split of 70% to vendor 6300 and 30% to 1010
2. Purchase order was created for 140 quantity against vendor 6300 so allocated quantity is 140 against vendor 6300 and 0 against 1010

Issue

What we find is that when we execute LTP, the allocated quantity in quota arrangement is not taken into account for the period when generating new requirements in LTP. Please see attached screenshot for details of the issue (No quantity split in lot size)

1. When we run LTP, for a demand of 350, we find that LTP is allocating 250 to vendor 6300 (70%) and 100 to 1010 (30%). This is correct when the allocated quantity is not taken into account - this is the issue.
2. If the allocated quantity is taken into account, we find that the quantity split is 80% (390) to 6300 and 20 % to 1010

1. If i pass the same demand through operational planning, the results are completely different as it is taking the allocated quantity into picture

How can we make LTP consider the allocated quantity from quota arrangement please?
