How to set back to queued delta mode in LO Cockpit?

Hi,

I encountered a problem while trying to set the update mode of the extract structures from Unserialized V3 Update to Queued Delta.

It prompts me saying that there are still entries in the queue. I went to check but there was nothing. I think I have to stop the V3 Update before I can set it to queued delta mode, correct? How to do it?

Please help.

    Hi dear!

    First of all you have to deactivate the update (from green trafficlight to yellow trafficlight in LBWE)!

    Anyway, before doing that, execute a V3 job and delte RSA7 related rows...(please do this actions only in dev, because in prd you have to close your system before !!

      Hi dear,

      set again on green, execute a V3 collective job, and, above all, delete from SM13 every records with V2 executed, for all user and from 1900 (as date!) for the affected application component...if you follow the instruction contained in the long text of the message you will be able to solve yout problem !
