EPM Add-in - Display Comment not working for User

Hello Experts,

I have built a report that is on our server for my user base to use. This report includes a comment field using the =EPMCommentFullContext formula in a Local Member. When I refresh the report, I see the comments as expected. When my users refresh the report, they see Blanks, no comments. These are the steps I have troubleshooted so far:

Ensure their report is the same as mine. Checked the EPM formula and the cells it if referring to. I have checked security to ensure users have access to view comments. I also had users check their EPM version as well as trying in Excel 2010 and 2013.

Any ideas why this may be happening? The user was able to see a comment in a different input template using the EPMsavecomment function.
