Error while setting SAP KPro web configuration .

For the completion of KW settings, I started SAP KPro web configuration through Start->Programs->SAP Knowledge Provider->SAP KPro web configuration. Upon start up an error pops up:

Runtime Error 403- "<b>class does not support automation or does not expected interfaces</b>"

In the UI, the labels for the buttons on first page are not displayed and after entering all the R/3 connection parameters, the 'Start test' does not respond. It doesn't show any result.

Can anyone please tell me what must be going wrong...???
