issues while CIFing Purchase info record (PIR) to APO

We are facing issues while CIFing Purchase info record (PIR) to APO. This PIR is not being updated in APO and giving error of duplicate record.

SCENARIO IS AS BELOW

In ECC system Info-record and in APO system corresponding t-lane is available.

Info-record had End date in past and the same end date of past is available in its corresponding t-lane in APO system.

Now as per business requirement end date of existing Inforecord in the ECC is changed to future date.

While cif-ing this Inforecord it is failing with error message ‘The ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert results in duplicate database records.’

You are requested to help on this issue.

Hi Rushikesh,

In this case you can delete the Olf T lane and recif the Purchase info record (PIR) to APO.

Also raise this issue to OSS.

Hi Rupesh,

Thanks for your feedback. We already deleted these T lanes and then tried but same did't worked.

contacted SAP and they suggested a Plilot note.

Before that we got a solution.

Even after deleting old T-Lanes manually, there were entries which resided in table /SAPAPO/TRPROD.

We selectively deleted these entries from this table and successfully re-CIF-ed the T-lane/inforecord.

Did you also delete the external procurement relationship?
