SAP Service alerts

Hi Experts,

I was just wondering if there is a way i can be alerted once the SAP service is down? We are having some hardware issues with our server and we have implemented a system where i will receive a text message when the server is off. Is there a way i can do this with only the SAP service?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Rosendo,

You may configure CCMS alerts for availability monitoring using solution Manager.

Solution manager can be Central monitoring system and generate alerts when satellite systems are down or not available.
