My first thought on what you have shown above is that if you are successfully connecting to SAP with the credentials and connection details you entered, but the data set being returned does not contain what you expect, then it is probably a permissions issue.
If you check the Admin Guide (PDF), you should be able to find a section on authorization objects that provides information on what authorisations are required for each Nakisa application. Typically we use the same SAP account for all app interactions with SAP and ensure that the account has all of the permissions outlined in the Admin Guide plus any additional ones required to support any customisations we might have carried out.
I also noted that you haven't specified much of the detail around what system you are working with - not even which Nakisa application or version. I would strongly recommend that you refer to the posting guidelines for the space. It can make a big difference in providing answers. For example if I knew which version of which app you were using I could refer you to the specific section by name in the Admin Guide. The more info you give, the more likely you are to get a tailored and relevant answer.
