Nakisa Role Mapping not appear

Dear Gurus,

Good day to you.

I have issue to extract Nakisa Role Mapping from Admin Console to SAP R/3.As below capture screen show the test connection successfully but new mapping data not able to extract.I check on cds log show error on RFC connection, appreciate if you can assist related on below screen.
