BEx and Web application designer - error

I have built a query that does a call to my R/3 system to execute transaction VA03. When I build the html via the web application designer, the query runs fine, shows all the details, however, when I go to display the sales order (via the VA03link), I get the following errors:

- No Web server maintained for the presentation of log. system DL1008

- Jump target cannot be executed

- An error occurred with the report to report interface during the jump

Any ideas what is the cause or ICF service may be needed for this? I do not get a prompt to logon to the DL1008 client.
