Rating not Determined - ABAP+JAVA

Hi All,

EWA shows Rating not Determined(Gray) for both ABAP & JAVA system. Solution Manager 7.0 Ehp1

Service Summary shows:

"Some essential service data for the EarlyWatch Alert session is missing. Therefore, no rating is assigned.

Check the details in the "Service Preparation and Service Data Quality" section."

For ABAP System: (Solman system)

Service Preparation Check section shows :

[Note 69455] ST-A/PI Addon Supportpackage SP0

Addon supportpackage SP02 for ST-A/PI 01Q_700 for NetWeaver 04s/ Basis 7.0x [your current level is one behind the latest. Update is recommended]

Let me know whether this update is required?

For Java System: (BI Portal)

Service Data Quality section shows:

For this service, data of overall importance is missing.

The service data is collected by the Service Data Control Center (SDCCN) or read from the Solution Manager's BW or Configuration and Change Database (CCDB).

Java stack is specified for this system. For Java systems, the managed system must be set up completely before SAP services can be 1332428

As am new to SOLMAN and dont have any hand-on experience, request you to post your views and help me to resolve this issue.

Yes you need to update the ST-PI and ST-A/PI.

Is it necessary to update ST-PI, as Report RTCCTOOL shows only to update ST-A/PI.

Please advice. Find the below status details.

If the report RTCCTOOL shows only ST-A/PI to be updated then you only need to update that.

I was speaking in general about the ST-A/PI and ST-PI in my previous reply.
