Hi All,
Our ECC system got upgraded from ECC 6.0 EHP4 to EHP7 and we had new source systems for BW system. So once upgrade is happend in ECC system, Basis team has run BDLS in BW and changed sources to new client environment.
since then we are getting the issue below as shown.
Error when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCEB2LIS_18_I3HDR in source system XXXXXX
Message no. R3104
Diagnosis
An error occurred when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCEB2LIS_18_I3HDR as an IDoc segment in source system XXXX
System Response
The action was terminated. No data was changed.
BW current version : Netweaver WebAS 7.0 EHP1
Could you please, let me know what is the procedure to resolve it.
Regards,
Ravi
Hi Ravi,
When source was upgraded then there is chance to change the extract structure and will go inactive.
So first you need check your data source/extract structure was active or not.
check at LBWE --> 2LIS_18_I3HDR data source.
Again replicate your data source into bw, activate it, if you face any source system error, you need to check source system technical name at table RSLOGSYSMAP and at BDLS.
Thanks

Hi,
at what step you are getting this error? are trying to create a transfer structure or trying to edit a transfer structure?

Hi,
I ran the extractor in source system. It ran for a while and failed giving a time out error.
Just to be clear again, upgrade is performed at ECC side its being upgraded from ECC 6.0 EHP4 to EHP7 and no change has been done at BW end.
BW current version : Netweaver WebAS 7.0 EHP1.

Ravi
Hi ravi,
Can you check if these extractors are activated in LBWE and RSA2? These should be activated ini LBWE.
I think during upgrade these datasources got deactivated.
Also if not working in Production system - try to delete the delta queues, setup table data and then fill up setup tables. Then try extracting from RSA3.
Please let me know if there are any questions.
Thanks
Amit
