General Reports for Production planning

Dear all,

Can you please explain me what are the reports generally important for production planning module.

How to generate a reports?

If possible,please explain with an example by showing some screen shots.

What are the T-codes you mentioned in the above thread i have already worked on that,the thing is if i want make any changes from the standard order report how to process it?

Hi Raja,

It is not recommended to modify the standard SAP reports, you can develop your own custom as per the requirement. For COOIS you can use BAdi Workorder_infosystem to have some custom fields and lists

Hi Raja,

You can find all SAP PP reports from SAP1 Transaction. Below screen shot for SAP1 transaction will help you to easily get the path for reports and their transactions.

The above screen shows only shop floor control related reports path. You can get other reports also in "Production Planning" node.

COOIS -Order Information System is the important report for PP module. In COOIS Under List there are different option to see order details, operation details, confirmation details, Error details, component details and Object Overview where you can see order, operation and component details.

CO24 -Missing Parts

MB24 -Reservation List

Hi Raja,

First go through the standard reports available for production planning module you can get these reports by transaction SAP1 under menu Production Planning.

Few most important reports are as,

COOIS - Order Information System

MD04 - Stock/Requirements List

MMBE - Stock Overview

MD4C - Order Report.

Through SQVI you can create your own custom query report. If you search in this forum you will get good document on it.
