How to Edit or change USER ID SRM

Hi Gurus,

I would like to ask how/can we change or edit USER ID SRM

Example : I would like to change Supplier SRM ID from JOHND to DJHON.

Hello Yohan,

it is not possible to change a user ID.

If it is not correct, you have to copy it to create a new one and then, de-assign first user from his vendor's contact person and then assign new user to vendor's contact person.

This will be possible only if no document is linked to first user.

In which scenario do you have a user ID for a vendor?

Hello

It depends on what scenario you are using.

If you are using suppliers from theECCsystem , you would need to change them in XK02/MK02 .

If you are creating them in SRM , you can login to the portal ,

SRM Administration---> Business ADministration --->Supplier

Find the supplier and edit the name .

If you want to change user id then pls. check with SU01 tcode and if you want to change vendor / supplier name then change in SAP with XK02 / MK02 tcode.
