problem with variable substituion

as per my client requirement I am doing variable substitution ! here I am adding  model interface clips !!coming to my problem file is picking but it is not coming to receiver ! so kindly give the solution!

Thanks a lot 2 ur reply ! my poc is success! here my client is asking another doubt! if we want to apply  variable substitution  to emp fname?

here I tried the same formula but it is not working means file is not coming to receiver... so can u help to solve this question !

my  Reference (payload:MT_file2,1,emp_fname,1)

Hi Arun - I don't see any difference from what i suggested .. other than changing the variable name n to lowercase . Appreciate if you can share the actual fix..

coming to your second question - i see the below difference

payload:MT_file2,1,emp_fname,1

payload:MT_File2,1,emp_fname,1

actually the  main mistake was I gave sender pay load 2) variable lower vase as u told 3) I gave var instead variable !

with out  V.S file is cmng to rcvr ! but if i apply v.s file is pkng from sender but nt cmng 2 rcvr !

I hope you changed it to lower case in both the places.. conversion tab and file name.

Also you can find the error details if you open the message in run time workbench/PImon

  Yes I changed in both the places!   as per rwd  prob vth var only ! actuly some prob in my server! shtly i vl share  rwb image!

Yes. Share the error message.. and make sure your cache is getting updated after making the channel change...
