Add new company-specific properties based on input upload

Hello,

Does anyone know if it is possible to automatically add new company-specific properties based on user input during upload.

We already have a list of organizations, which an user can choose from during upload, but we also want to give the user the opportunity to add new organizations, which will be automatically saved into the list of organizations.
