Hi,
This issue is because of caching blocked by virus scan software
Follow these steps:
Disable AntiVirus software or
manually cache the deployment units in question, by copying the content of the folders (the folder name in cache has to match the revision attribute in the seed.xml file of a DU):
i. DATA_UNITS\CrystalReports\dunit\tp.microsoft.msxml-4.0-core-32\ to <InstallDir>/InstallData/InstallCache/tp.microsoft.msxml-4.0-core-32/14.0.3.613/
ii.
DATA_UNITS\CrystalReports\dunit\tp.microso ft.wse.runtime-3.0-core-32\
to
<InstallDir>/InstallData/InstallCache/tp.microsoft.wse.runtime-3.0-core-32/14.0.0.760/
