sr13 Online Documentation help

I have installed SAP R/3 4.7 200.

I have copied the HtmlHelpFile files to my hard drive and shared this on the network.

I run the transaction sr13 and go to to HtmlHelpFile tab.

I have entered the values

Variant: DEFAULT

Platform: Windows

Area: IWBHELP

Path:
bpr3\HELPDATA

Language: EN

Default: Ticked

Yet when I go to Help->Sap Library all I get is "No documentation found"

Can anyone see what I am doing wrong or have any suggestions?

Also do I need a sapdoccd.ini file?

I have tried it with this file and without with the same result.

Hello,

is platform really 'Windows'? On my system I selected WN32.

No, if SR13 works, you don't need sapdoccd.ini anymore.

Hi Jürgen,

I don't have the Win32 option in the HtmlHelpFile tab but I have it in the PlainHtmlFile.

The only options I have are

Win32_95

Win32_98

Windows NT

I am running in Windows 2003.

I may have to go the PlainHtmlFile option as I put the details in to see what would happen in that tab, as Win32 exists, and it came up with an error that it couldn't find the files as I have not copied over PlainHtmlFile.

Hi Jürgen,

Thanks for you answer. I installed the PlainHtmlFile and then set it up in that tab using WN32 option which worked a treat.
