Linked universe issue

Hi,

I linked a universe with another but after linking the two i am unable to see the components of linked universe in report. Also when i am trying to generate a new report in WEBI using linked universe I am getting error "No business layer sent back from server".

Please suggest me what needs to be done to resolve this issue if any one has come across this kind of issue.

Hi Ankita,

Please specify which version u are using BOXI Sp?

Try following and let me know.

Please do following:

Give full control access on the connection the universe was using to the group the user running report belonged to.

Was caused by insufficient rights to universe connection for user concerned.

Also,  make sure your Adaptive Processing server is running and enabled.

Hi,

Thanks for your response. I am working on BO 4.0 patch 11.

I am logged in as Administrator hence having all the access and even Adaptive Processing Server is running and enabled.
