Internal Order Settlement to Production Order

Dear Experts,

I have scenario in my business , I want to settle Internal Order to production order . I created a settlement rule in internal order but i am not finding ORD in category  Item , in Settlement profile i already put the Default Cost object as ORD.

1- Can we do Internal Order Settlement to Production Order ? Please let me know what are all the settings needs to be done ?

Hi Santosh,

Please follow as Ajay sir's guidance...

• OKO7 - make orders as either settlement required or settlement optional (if you keep it as required, when you define settlement rule for the internal order you need to enter order as receiver (mandatory), where as the other case it is optional (but you see in the list)
• OKO6 - allocation structure, for the settlement cost element give receiver category as ORD and either select "by cost element" check box or give settlement cost element
• OKO7- assign allocation structure in the settlement profile

And also along with that, please check the same settlement profile has been assigned to the order type under which you are creating internal orders (KOT2)

Hi,

Did you know Internal order or production order? It seems there is different rules for the Both settlement.

Pl. check into the SCN.

Did you allow Order as settlement receiver in settlement profile?

Just assigning ORD as default object is not enough...

Your allocation structure should also allow ORD as receiver

If need be, you may also have to allow PP order as settlement receiver in BS12 or 22
