IDOC for inbound goods movement

Hi, we have to transfer goods movement from external system Sap 4.5 with movements types 322,321,102.

What IDOC structure have we to choose (for example WMMBID02 or others.....) for this ?

Is there the possibility to generate an IDOC structure example from SAP running a particular report/transaction ?

Hi Riccardo,

As you have mentioned that it is an Inbound IDOC, I don't think we can generate it (Even for example in the SAP system.)

What you can do is go to we09 transaction and filter the selection based on WMMBID02 for basic type and see if there are any IDOCs already existing for that IDOC basic type.

Once you have the IDOC number you can view the IDOC structure in the same transaction

or use the function module IDOC_XML_DISPLAY to view the IDOC in xml format (Only if you know the IDOC number).

WE60 is another place where you can see the detailed documentation for each field and segment for the WMMBID02 IDOC.

hi ,

You can use MBGMCR02 idoc to do the goods movement. It is the standard idoc. And it will support 322,321 and 102.

Thanks for the message, in our release (4.5B) we have only MBGMCR01, but i think is the same.
