Cannot create a product catalog

Hello,

I first discovered SAP CRM yesterday, and I am trying to configure my WEB Shop.

First of all, I want to create my Product Catalog according to the following information :

I managed to create my Catalog Type (step 1), but I cannot create my catalog header (step 2). Indeed, according to the following page :

I have to choose Customer Relationship Management ® Master Data and Generic Services ® Product Catalog ® Maintain Product Catalog, but I do not have the node Master Data and Generic Services in my tree.

I just have Customer Relationship Management ® Master Data ® Product Catalog, and under it, I do not have Maintain Product Catalog or something else that looks like.

Do I have to activate something to be able to see the node I need to create my Product Catalog ?

Once you have created product catalog dont forget to replicate on 4 areas

Catalog Header

Catalog Variant

Catalog Areas

Product Item

Without repliaction ,publication not possible

Good you have started discovering SAP CRM and in one day you have gone far enough. it's long way to go..

try this COMM_PCAT_ADM for maintaining product catalog

Great, that is exactly what I wanted !

I managed to create my product catalog with this transaction !

Now I am going to see how to import products from R/3, because it seems that my product catalog area is empty...

If I do not manage to have my products on CRM to create my catalog, I will post a new message in this thread to have new advices from you
