Monitor XI - How to guide - Problems

I am working through the document: How to.... Monitor Exchange Infrastructure 3.0,but am running into some problems.

I am in the CCMS Configuration Section (page 12) but I am getting errors in the Activate End-to-End Monitoring section.

I am logging onto to the Runtime Workbench with a user that has SAP_ALL and SAP_New, but when I try and display the end-to-end, i get a logon error...

Logon failed

What has happened?

Call of URL http://<xi-system>:8000/sap/bc/bsp/sap/spi_monitor/monitor.do terminated due to error in logon data.

What can I do?

Check the validity of your SSO ticket for this system.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error Code: ICF-LE-http-c:100-l:E-T:21-C:3-U:5-P:5-L:7

HTTP 401 - Unauthorized

Your SAP Internet Communication Framework Team

the user and password are correct, but I assume it may be an authorisation issue....

Can anyone shed any light on this??

Hello Barry,

have you checked, that the service sap/bc/sap/api_monitor/monitor.do in TA SICF ist activated? What is the result when you test this service?
