Dear experts,

I am getting certain sales related data from ECC end and getting it into BI which is further being used for reporting purpose from Infocube named 0sd_c03. But i am getting a dump saying timed out with the id BWREMOTE. I am attaching snapshots of the errors and status of process chain where it got stuck.

HI Bijal,

You can increase the  Time out option not less than a day in the t-code RSMO.

Can you give me a step for how to increase the Time out?

Hi Bhatt,

You can increase Time out option by going into infopackage scheduler>Time out time> Maximum wait time for this infopackage- days-1

Thanks and Regards

Hi,

PSA request still running, then how you find this dump,

please can you share info pack --> monitor--> details tab.

is it full load?

if its full load then delete(make red status) this load and increase time limit for your info pack.

Go to info pack--> scheduler-->Time out time,, increase maximum wait time as you need.

re run your info pack, it may works.

Thanks

Yes change as Raman suggests. Keep Time out time not less than a day.

How long it was running currently? what is the time has set in currently?

Hi,

It is currently set to 7 hours and I guess for it is enough to generate a report next day. Please correct me if I am wrong. It is delta load..

Hi,

Seems like there is no error. your request still running.

please wait to finish tu turn green or red.

Mean while please check source job of info pack load.

you can check at source system SM58, if any queues are in red colour here, please move them into bw by using F6

Thanks

Hi,

The request turned red once so I repeat that step and it again gave me the dump.

There was not any issue from ECC end. Idocs are running successfully.
