Training and Event Management


Hi all,

I am working with a client on a support project. Training and Event management module is already being configured by someone else.

My client wants to capture training needs originate from the employees. I have gone through all the settings but could find anything wherein I can provide them with the option of capturing training needs from employees. I have no prior knowledge on this module. Do I have to take help of an Abapr, if yes then what would be that

Please help.
