I was testing the ESS Personal Profile using different browsers and devices. I was allowed to test it on Chrome on my laptop. When I tried to use Chrome on an iPad, I received an error message. Do I need to update a setting to allow Chrome to be used on iPads so that I can test and see if it works?
Safari on the iPad seemed to work fine.

It's hard to say without knowing what the error is and where it is coming from. Care to share a screenshot? Can you also share the exact version of your portal and backend system, including EHP and SP levels? Maybe SAP note 1904047 answers your question.
