Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible

Hi All

One of our users got the below error when tried to complete a 360 degree feedback for his manager via ESS.

Any suggestions please.

this typically happens when the context is lost..i e when you are submitting information for another employee. Is this error only for this user or do you have this issue for all the employees? It can also happen when there is a internal timeout of the session (if the window was left inactive for some time before attempting to continue).
