Problem while installing the PDK DeveloperContent.zip

Hi,

I've managed to install pdkcontent6.0.12.0.sca with the SDM.

Right now I'm trying to do this:

Import the attached ICE transport package via the Content Management -> Content Exchange -> Package upload. Import the the file DeveloperContent.zip As a result you see the folder “DeveloperContent” under the KM repository documents.

Can somebody point me to where the Content Management is?

I've looked in the portal (http://192.168.0.3:50000/irj/portal) and could only find the Content-Administration there...
