Print UDO Form

Hi,

I wish to print the header and table on my UDO form <u><b>using codes</b></u>.

My questions are:

1. how do I use code to call the Print Preview object to issue a print?

2. how do I use code to include the header before I call the Print Preview?

Any developed print module or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

I am using VB and 2004B. Help needed desparately.
