i tried the above blog also, but with no luck in resolving these !! same issues. Would be helpful if you can suggest the fixes

Most of your errors are related to SOP. you can disable web security in chrome browser by running below in windows run option
chrome.exe --user-data-dir="c:/temp/chromedev" --disable-web-security
It will then open chrome browser in which you can try to execute your application.
