PFAL transaction not posting data

I' am trying to send HR data from one SAP system to another one.

The steps which I followed is given below.

1) Defined logical systems in both.

2) Defined RFC destinations in both.

3) Created the distribution model, distributed it to the receiving system.

4) Created partner profiles in both systems

5) Enabled the change pointers in both systems

After these steps I ran PFAL transaction to transfer data belonging to an person.

Data or idoc is reaching the receiving system, but it is not getting posted there.

By following the same steps and by using RBDMIDOC program, I' am able to

post changes made to the receiving system.

What can be the reason for the PFAL transaction not to post data? Any other

settings need to be done? Please contact me for further details and help.
