In ovp configuration, if we made some UIBB's as collapsable still they are not been collapsed

Dear Experts,

I'm working with MDG material OVP application.

Created one configuration, and based on requirement i have made some UIBB's as cpllapsed and some as non collapsed by using collapsed checkbox in UIBB attributes.

Still it is not working while testing, It is behaving like when user expands and collapse some uibbs(at user point material views) and close the application and when he enters next time. Application is not behaving based on configuration but based on user previous selections.
