I need your help to make a query for my Boss.
I'm using SAP B1 in meat processing company. My Boss want a report to show food testing that we give to customer and the progress of sales before food testing and after food testing done.
So, the procedure that I make is like this :
- I'm using Good Issue Module to make issue of Finish Good for food testing. I'm using UDF in title :
- U_Customer ==> to record customer that do food testing
- U_GI_Reason ==> user fill with "FOODTEST" to give tag for food testing activities
The report that my boss want is :
- Column 1 ==> food testing date ==> based on posting date in Good Issue Module
- Column 2 ==> Customer name ==> based on customer name in Good Issue Module
- Column 3 ==> Item Code ==> based on item code in Good issue module
- Column 4 ==> Item name ==> based on item name in Good Issue module
- Column 5 ==> Sales last 6 months ==> based on sales for item that food tested in period 6 months before food testing date
- Column 6 ==> Food testing value ==> based on total value in good issue module
- Column 7 ==> Sales 1-15 days ==> based on sales for item that food tested in period 1-15 days after food testing date
- Column 8 ==> Sales 6-30 days ==> based on sales for item that food tested in period 16-30 days after food testing date
- Column 9 ==> Sales 31-45 days ==> based on sales for item that food tested in period 31-45 days after food testing date
- Column 10 ==> Sales 46-60 days ==> based on sales for item that food tested in period 46-60 days after food testing date
