i'm using db2 as database for sap business object.

if i try to connect to the database thorugh a multisource datafoundation i get this error:

Apply Note 1923613 - BI4.x : Error in Information Design Tool and DFAT with certain table containing Number dat... and let us know if the error remains.

This does not look to be a database issue. I would recommend you to either create an incident with SAP under BI-BIP-SL component, or create a new thread in Business intelligence platform. The experts on this field will help you better.
