Depreciation Report

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Crystal report to show depreciation postings by item and by year and sub-period.  I'm having difficulty extracting manual depreciation postings which are in MDP1.  MDP1 does not have year and sub-period.  OMDP links to MDP1 but I have to link that to OFPR to get the sub-period.

Has anyone created a depreciation report with all depreciation postings?  I want to show Ord. Depr, Special Depr., Manual Depr.

Hi Lori,

You can include all three tables in the report by proper link. Or use a command query to link them on you on.

Hi Gordon,

I can't link MDP1 to ODPV because MDP1 doesn't have period category or sub-period.  I can link MDP1 to OMDP but can't link OMDP to ODPV.  OMDP has "FinncPriod" rather than period.

So I have to try somehow to have the report pull in MDP1 depreciation line value.  I even tried linking OFPR to OMDP but nothing.

Any suggestions on linking?

Then you may just select From and To date instead of period.
