KSU5 does not update the Values

Hi Every one

we have created one assessment cycle that we have ran for last two months and it worked very well, but now for the month of march, when we execute, it seems it is working but, when we see in the report that the cost do not settle from the sender cost center to the receiver cost centers. Does any one has any suggestion on that what could be a reason.

Hi Fatima,

Try running the assessment again, if the system asks whether to reverse the previous assessment, it means that the assessment was successfully carried out at the first time.

One possiblity is that there must be posting on the cost center using a cost element which is not present in any of the segment as a receiver.

Check KSB1 for the sender cost center for the two periods separately. If you find that in the current period there has been a posting using a cost element which was not used in last two months, then that cost element may not be present in the assessment cycle as receiver.

Or is it that none of cost (from any cost element) has settled in the current period?
