Bex Query result not geeting displayed in BI java Portal through BeX Query Designer

A BeX query result is getting displayed in Bex Analyzer but when the same query we are running in BI java Portal through BeX Query Designer, the variable screen is coming but the results are not getting displayed , It just showing the processing symbol for hours. Can some one suggest the reason behind this ?

Hi,

Please restart the java server then check the issue is persist or not?
Other try please add &use_snippets=x end of the URL and check the issue is persist or not?

Is your JAVA stack up to date? You can test your report in RSRT-->JAVA Web.

Tips:--

Regenerate your Query in RSRT

Restart J2EE engine once..

Hi,

Yes java stack is up to date. I am still getting this when i executed it in RSRT-> Java Web.

However its getting displayed in Bex Analyzer.

I tried but its still not working.

Queries having larger no of records is getting executed but this particular query is not geeting executed on Java Web but in Bex its Available. What could be the reason for this

So the issue is that your query is not running on portal..Can you just try re-transporting that query again from dev to PRd,in case it was not directly created in production.

Sometime it might work.You can give a try to it.

Make a copy of this query and try to run it in JAVA Web in RSRT.

Do you have dual stack( ABAP+JAVA) or Java Alone?

Restarting J2EE Engine should also resolve the issue.
