How to add number increment value controls to a field

Is there anything in the SAPUI5 controls to add up/down arrows for inputs for number types?

Would changing the type of textfield to number be OK like this?

And you can also using your arrow up and down buttons on keyboard to increase and decrease its value respectively.

IMO, I would avoid those type of controls like the plague because the biggest UX failure of these controls is the tiny arrow buttons.

Personally, I would *love* to see a spinner control like the one available for Date/Time in sap.m (SAPUI5 SDK - Demo Kit) but to my knowledge this does not currently exist for other data types (numeric values, lists, ranges, etc)
