Issue with Return Delivery Process via Delivery Indicator

Hi Xperts

While doing Return Delivery process against GR document via MIGO with via Delivery Option , system splits the Outbound Delivery.Am unable to understand why this has happened.How to check this , Plz guide?

Unfortunately delivery splits are subject to about 450 OSS notes in LE area.

I would suggest you check for reasons in OSS note 546668 - FAQ: Delivery split when creating deliveries

OSS note 355404 - Why was there a delivery split during creation?

even has a report ZLE_ANALYZE_DELIVERY_SPLIT  where you enter the 2 deliveries that got created and it will tell you the reason for the split

We have posted a GR document which has 9 line items.Now while returning it back to the vendor, via MIGO Return Delivery(via Delivery) option against the GR doc, we have found that the system splits 9 items in to two Outbound Delivery Documents.

One delivery contains 7 line items & the next one has remaining 2 line items.Pls advise.

When you will go for return delivery, then you can find two options

1. Delivery Note

2. Material document Number.

Please post the screen shot what you are trying to do or what you get..

Hi.

Please checck transportation group of materials,

If there are different transportation group in delivery line item then system will split the delivery based on transportation group.

Also refer following note
