Change in PCR

Hi Experts,

I want to change a calculation rule. Rule is -

Now I want to divide /4E1 with 12 months and add value to /115.

For eg . /4E1 = 1200. So rule calculate like 1200 / 12 = 100 + /115 = AMT

Please tell me how I change the existing rule.

Hi Rabi,

Try changing your PCR as below:

/4E1

       ADDWT *   

       AMT/12    

       ADDWT /115

Hi Mohan,

Yes I have a requirement. I want to add Children Education Allowance monthly exemption to /132 wage type. Because CEA here exempted annualy.

First I try to directly add amount to the /132 through PCR. But I don't think it's possible. So I want to deduct amount from /115.

So now please tell me how I change the PCR to meet my requirement.

As such the screen shot which you have kept it fine. But try to use the Constants to divide instead of keeping a value of 12.

I have tried in one of the PCR's in our system. so it works either ways. Another way to do that is take the value of   /4E1 into a Variable and then divide that with 12.

Try this and it should work out.

Hi Rabi,

Create a new PCR and put it after current PCR (ZNCA). Your new PCR will be this:

/4E1

     AMT/12

     AMT+  /115         

     ADDWT *
