No email in the agent inbox working with ERMS

Hello,

We are using CRMIS#400#0004#SAPK-40004INCRMIS#CRMIS

400 : Add-On Installation#Add-on Support Pkg..

In Trx. SO28 we have created an e-mail with object ERMSSUPRT2.

When looking on the log (with Trx. SWI1) we can see that tasks

TS00207914/5 were completed but WS00200001 stays in status #In Process#.And there are no E-mails in the agent inbox, no routing was done to anagent as determain in the Rule modeler. We can see there are no error.

Does this problem familier to you?
