Initial Load for Customer/Materials from ECC TO C4C via HCI

Hi,

Can you please let me know how to trigger the initial load of customers/materials from ECC. I want to send materials/customers from ECC to C4C via HCI.Would we use transactions like BD10 / BD12 to generate the idocs for sending materials/customers ?Is there any other way to trigger ?

Also subsequently after initial load is done, say I make a change/create a customer/material what do we need to do so that it triggers automatically and sends to C4C via HCI without manual triggering from us ?

Thanks

Indrasish

Hi Indrasish,

You might want to check out the 2 videos on initial load that we've published to the SAP Cloud for Customer YouTube channel:

Hi John,

Thanks, but I was looking for initial load transfer from ECC to C4C. The current video shows load from ON Premise CRM to C4C. Do you have anything similar for ECC to C4C.

Thanks

Hi Indrasish,

You can use BD10/12 to send mterials/customers from ECC to C4C.To automatically trigger for delat loads you can change the partner profile settings (we20) to transfer idocs immidiately instead of collecting idocs and sending.

Thanks,

Does Karthik's reply really help you? Your question is basically to have a real time integration like what we have with transactional data from ECC to C4C. Am I right? Even though you set Trigger automatically in Partner profile, you still need to manually generate iDocs. Correct?

Initial load is good and it make sense to use it for the first time load alone but I am also interested to know if there is any way for this kind of real time integration for master data. Is there any way that could work here?
