Problems when creating change Documents in CRM UI

Hi,

When trying to create change documents in CRM UI we are facing with different errors.

1. Sometimes the projects disappear in Project selection.

When looks upon table /TMWFLOW/PROJMAP the project status will be locked

2. Sometimes we get a error message " Change Documents cannot be generated" "Status was reset by system"

When looks upon table /TMWFLOW/PROJMAP the project status will be Active

Can someone let me know when should be the projetc status in table /TMWFLOW/PROJMAP should be in released state and when should be in active state and at what situation the projects goes to locked state.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Srujay,

Problem may due to satellite system added manual in the solution manager system.

Please check and add through LMDB and synchronize it.
