Intrest Calculation (F.26) Issue

Hi All,

While we are executing customer intrest calculation in F.26.

case 1:   Period : 01 Jan 2014 till 31 Mar 2014 - No document is selected

Case 2 : Period : 31 Dec 2013 till 31 Mar 2014 - Intrest is calculated on the arrears.

Since selecting last year date is not the correct option, Wish to know what is the reason.

No open items exist for the user selected.

Hi,

please first check in FBL3N for one customer overdue line items ,

please give me clarity are you implemented for open item interest calculation or cleared item with payment line items ,

and one more please check in Customer master data - last interest date -

Then we will discuss further process

Hi Mahesh,

The follwoing config is present.

OB46 - Intrest calc type. - Balance Interest Calculation

OB81 - maintained Debit interest: balance interest calc. and also credit interest: balance interest calc.

OB82 no entry is maintained

Customer master - intrest indicator is maintained but No last intrest run maintained.

In FBL5N - No items exist for selection 31.12.2013 till 31.03.2013 for the customer

For the recon. account of customer in FBL3N - Open item exists with doc date 30.04.2013

Kindly look into it.

Hi,

I checked all the customization. The users have posted the intrest multiple times.

And we are able to get the form if we select 31 Dec 2013 or before.

And not able to get when we are selecting 01 Jan 2014. What difference it makes..?
